What this policy covers

This policy covers cairnhq.app — this marketing website and the waitlist form on it. It does not cover the Cairn application itself, which is not yet generally available and will have its own terms and data processing agreement at launch.

Cairn is a product of DesignSwift, which is the data controller for the information described here.

What we collect

Only what you type into the waitlist form, and nothing else. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, and no third-party tracker on this site.

• Your name and email address, which are required so we can contact you about an onboarding slot
• Your company name, and optionally your role, team size, and preferred channel
• Optionally, your note about which knowledge you are most concerned about losing
• A Cloudflare Turnstile token, used once to confirm the submission is not automated and then discarded

How we use it

To send you a confirmation that you are on the waitlist, and to contact you when an onboarding slot is available. That is the whole purpose.

We do not add you to a newsletter, we do not sell or share your details with anyone for their own marketing, and we do not use what you submit to train models.

Who processes it

Your submission is received by DesignSwift's own servers and the confirmation email is sent through SendGrid (Twilio), our email provider. Cloudflare provides the bot check and DNS for this domain. Amazon Web Services hosts the static files you are reading. The complete list, including what each provider is used for, is published as our sub-processor list.

How long we keep it

Until the waitlist closes and you have either become a customer or told us you are no longer interested, after which we delete your submission. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@designswift.com and a person will action it. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived cookie as part of the bot check on the waitlist form; it is strictly necessary for that check and is not used to track you across sites.
